Julien
started out in the industrial division of McLeish Associates,
having graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge with
a degree in English. After spells at Charles Barker
and Welbeck, he joined Biss Lancaster plc where he became
a board director. He has run Starfish for 20 years with
Sally.
Julien is a member of the CIPR
and IoD and a former board member of the PRCA.
