TomTom swaps Hill & Knowlton for Starfish Communications: Satellite navigation firm TomTom has taken its UK consumer PR account from Hill & Knowlton and handed it to Starfish Communications. Starfish won the account after a three-way pitch and will look to promote the variety in the TomTom range. The company offers GPS products via a number of platforms, including online, mobile and integrated automotive products as well as its best-known portable navigation devices (PNDs).

Award-winning work
We're thrilled to have been a finalist in the hotly-contested Consumer Relationships category of the 2007 CIPR Awards - for our work on behalf of leading chemist chain Lloydspharmacy. Our "Suncare Amnesty" campaign generated coverage with an OTS of over 45 million and an advertising equivalent of £740,574 - a return on investment of more than 20 times the PR budget. More importantly, we helped increase sales of Lloydspharmacy's Solero suncare brand by 200% over the previous year.
